Today and tomorrow are special days for the Kimsey family. Today we remembered my daddy's 53rd birthday. He passed away from a massive sudden heart attack ten years ago. We miss him so much! He always had a smile on his face! Today is also the birthday of his twin brother Tom---I never knew my uncle Tom--He passed away in an auto accident in his 20's. They were both loved dearly and are now missed immensely!
Tomorrow is my mom and dad's 27th wedding anniversary. My dad wanted to get married the day after his birthday so that he'd be the same age as his wife ---(who is only 2 months older than him!) He was so funny! They were so perfect for each other :)
He had an impact on the lives of SO many people...He was known for his love for the Lord, his wife, and his kids. He was known for his sense of humor and being the best listener! He was known for his passion for music. He was a very talented musician. He loved others with all his heart!
I am so thankful for the 12 years I had with my wonderful daddy! I am also so blessed by the legacy and impact he left.
