The Kirks!

This weekend we as a family and band family, celebrated the wedding of one of our very own---our drummer, Josh Kirk and his lovely lady Katy Blevins tied the knot! This has been a long awaited day....Ben and the band got to know Katy a little more when she worked and lived in Dallas for 2 years. The band had many opportunities to travel to Texas over the past 2 years, which was a blessing in the long distance relationship of Josh and Katy. The two grew closer during that time and then got engaged last year when Katy moved back home to Georgia.

We have LOVED getting to spend more time with Katy and include her in our little band family. We are so happy that Josh pursued her and asked her to be his sweet wife...we look forward to so many new adventures and memories to be made with our dear friends Josh and Katy Kirk! Love you guys!

In other news....during this wedding weekend, 3 of the groomsmen---one being Ben---and our house guests, got the stomach virus and continued to share it with Anna Brink, myself, and possibly a few others. Please keep Anna in your prayers---it seems like she got the brunt of the ugly virus :(
